Policaro Group is seeking a Sales Executive in Oakville, ON to drive luxury vehicle sales and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will build lasting relationships, guide clients from the first test drive through delivery, and stay ahead of model updates.

Ideal candidates bring proven luxury automotive sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and OMVIC certification. A valid license is required, with uncapped commission potential and performance bonuses driving

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales or luxury sales.
• Passion for premium vehicles and delivering outstanding customer experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license and OMVIC certification.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide a VIP buying experience from test drive to vehicle delivery.
• Stay up to date on latest models, features and industry trends.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure seamless transactions.
