Job summary

Precision Record Pressing, a leading vinyl pressing company with operations in the Greater Toronto Area, seeks an Account Manager for its Oakville team. This full-time, permanent role works with artists, labels, and industry partners on vinyl and CD projects, requiring a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management, preferably in manufacturing, print, packaging, or the music industry.
• Strong understanding of project-based sales and order management workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems and CRM platforms; proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with record labels, artists, management companies, and music industry clients to define vinyl and CD project specs and scheduling requirements.
• Prepare accurate quotes in Precision’s ERP system for vinyl and CD projects.
• Coordinate with Graphics, internal print division, and external vendors to develop pricing and specifications, ensuring feasibility and production accuracy.
• Collaborate with Production and other teams to move projects through the system and resolve artwork, audio, or scheduling challenges.
• Enter orders and monitor them through completion, updating as requirements evolve.
• Provide proactive customer support, updates, and issue resolution throughout each project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review active projects and upcoming opportunities.
• Travel locally for client visits as required.
