Base pay range

CA$60,000.00/yr - CA$70,000.00/yr

Hybrid | Full-Time | $60,000–$70,000 CAD + Performance-Based Bonus

About Us

At Sidekick, our mission is to accelerate the recovery journey for people dealing with chronic injuries. Our award-winning physical therapy tools are trusted by Olympic medalists, pro athletes, and featured in Men’s Health, Running Magazine, and Ultrarunning Magazine.

We’re growing fast and building an in-house creative team to match. We’re looking for a Video Producer who can bring our products to life on screen.

This isn’t a traditional video role — it’s fast-paced, creative, and built for performance. We test new ad concepts weekly, and the best ones scale fast. Your work will play a key role in what we grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shoot and edit direct-response style ads designed for Meta
• Bring concepts to life working along with creators, actors, and athletes
• Plan and execute shoots - including location, storyboarding, set direction
• Cut down raw footage into punchy, high-performing assets for social
• Collaborate with our creative strategist and performance team on storyboards, hooks, and shot lists
• Continuously improve video quality and speed of production through systems and templates
• Stay on top of creative trends in the DTC space and bring new ideas to the table

Success in 3 Months

• You’ve produced winning ads that are driving sales and getting scaled
• You’ve developed editing styles that match our brand and improve output
• You’re collaborating well with our creative and marketing teams to move fast and iterate
• You’re proactively bringing creative solutions to the table, not just executing briefs

About You

• 3+ years shooting and editing for social, ideally in the ecomm/DTC space
• Strong portfolio of short-form ads or content that converts (please include link!)
• Comfortable filming in fast-paced environments with small crews
• Expert in Adobe Premiere (and optionally After Effects or motion graphics)
• You understand what makes content perform - especially hooks, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects
• Bonus: you’ve worked in-house for a brand or a content studio producing paid social ads
