About the Role

The ideal candidate is passionate about game development and technology and will support our production team in delivering innovative gaming experiences. You'll work closely with diverse teams to ensure high-quality output in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of video game projects. Coordinate with various departments to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Communication Management: Facilitate clear and efficient communication between teams, stakeholders, and external partners to align project goals.
• Resource Allocation: Help organize and manage resources, including scheduling and asset coordination, to keep projects on track.
• Quality Assurance: Work with quality assurance teams to track and resolve issues, ensuring the highest standards in game performance and user experience.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation to keep all team members informed and aligned.

Required Qualifications

• Education & Experience:
• Experience or internship in a production or project management role within the video game industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with game development pipelines and tools; knowledge of game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Communication & Teamwork:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams.
