About You: We are seeking a Video Editor to join our Marketing team. You will support the creation of video assets for various marketing channels and partner support. Your responsibilities include storyboarding, editing, color grading footage, and adding motion graphics to videos efficiently and organized. You will report to the Head of Content and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. This role aims to uphold high standards of content and storytelling as we expand our global planting efforts.

The key outcomes in the next 12 months include:

• Enhancing content shared with partners to boost their retention and satisfaction
• Building upon our brand presence through videos showcasing our platform and differentiators
• Supporting the Sales team in securing new partnerships via engaging content
• Optimizing video production processes for effective editing
• Creating impactful short videos for social channels

What will you be doing?

• Editing videos using Premiere Pro or Da Vinci Resolve into cohesive, polished assets aligned with our brand standards
• Collaborating with the Marketing team to understand project goals and ensure final products meet our vision
• Applying visual effects, color correction, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance videos
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Incorporating stakeholder feedback to refine videos

Requirements

Professional Requirements:

• 4+ years of video editing experience
• Experience creating finished videos from footage of multiple cameras and audio sources
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• A passion for creative storytelling through visual media
• Ability to work long hours in front of screens
• (Preferred) Advanced color grading skills in Premiere or Da Vinci Resolve
• (Preferred) Advanced sound design and audio mixing skills
