Ledcor Group in Edmonton, AB seeks a Video Communications Editor to produce and edit photo and video content for internal and external audiences. You will lead lighting setup, multi-camera shoots, interviews, and post-production tasks including editing, sound design and visual effects.
You will collaborate with Creative Services and stakeholders, travel to sites, and ensure content aligns with brand standards and safety guidelines.
Reporting to the Team Lead, Video Communications, as the Video Communications Editor you are responsible for working with Creative Services, the Communications team, business leaders and stakeholders to execute photo and video communication objectives. In this role you will capture photo and video content in line with brand standards and safety guidelines. Content creation will be distributed to both internal and external audiences, including social media. Engaging b-roll footage, setting up appropriate lighting, and recording interviews on multi-camera sets with best audio practices will be required. As the Video Communications Editor you will support post-production activities such as editing, sound design, visual effects, mastering and archiving. Assistance with pre-production activities may be required at times, including project coordination, interviewee preparation, scripting, and storyboarding.
