Job summary

Rogers Communications is seeking an Area Manager for the Victoria, BC region. The role leads the Field Sales Team to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly targets for home and wireless services. You’ll supervise reps, develop sales plans, and ensure effective coaching and cross-department collaboration.

You’ll travel within the region, supervise door-to-door and in-home activities, and ensure adherence to health & safety guidelines while driving performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Telecommunications or related industry experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop field sales staff to achieve quotas for residential and wireless services.
• Motivate and provide leadership to sales staff.
• Develop and implement sales plans to grow revenue.
• Oversee door-to-door, in-home presentations, and events.
• Coach, monitor, and guide the team; coordinate with other departments.
