Job summary

Red Deer Public Schools is seeking a Vice Principal who combines visionary leadership with a strong classroom teaching background and school-based administration. The successful candidate will promote a collaborative learning environment, lead professional development, and support literacy and interventions to advance student achievement.

• Evidence of a thorough understanding of how technology can be used to facilitate learning

The Division is seeking innovative and visionary leaders with an excellent background as a classroom teacher and school-based administrator. The ideal candidate possesses exemplary interpersonal skills and a commitment to building and promoting a collaborative learning environment.

The vice principal will continue to build on our RDPSD tradition of developing the best educational experience for students.

The successful applicant will have an initial placement at a location to be determined.
