London District Catholic School Board is establishing a Vice Principal pool for Catholic elementary schools. We are seeking qualified educators to join our leadership pipeline and be considered for future appointments as vice-principal.
Applicants should hold the Ontario School Principal's Certificate (Part 1 preferred) or be working towards PQP Part 1, with strong experience in elementary teaching and leadership at school or system level. The deadline is October 2 at 4:00 pm.
We are seeking qualified Catholic elementary school educators to join our Vice Principal pool. We are the fastest growing school board in the province and one of the largest employers in the region, with nearly 5,000 staff working together to educate approximately 28,500 students. We currently have 44 elementary schools and 9 secondary schools, with several new schools pending.
In accordance with Board Policy (G 2.4), Selection and Appointment of Principals and Vice Principals, applicants who meet the above qualifications are required to provide a complete application to be considered. A complete application package must include:

In accordance with the current Terms and Conditions for Principals and Vice Principals, the starting salary for vice-principals effective September 1, 2026, is $131,269.
