Aon is seeking a Vice President - Senior Broker (P&C) in Canada, offering a hybrid role based in Burlington or Toronto. The Senior Broker will deliver tailored risk solutions to mid-market clients, collaborating with Account Executives to develop broking strategies aligned with client needs and market conditions.
The position requires extensive insurance experience, P&C expertise, and a strong track record in negotiation and client service.

As a Senior Broker, you will be a key member of the Central Region Commercial Broking team, responsible for delivering tailored risk solutions to mid-market clients. You will collaborate with Account Executives and other internal stakeholders to develop and execute broking strategies that align with client needs and market conditions.
This is a hybrid role based in our Burlington or Toronto office, with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office, in line with Aon’s in‑country smart working policy.

The salary range for this position is $84,930 - $125,000 CAD. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
