What will your day look like?
- Sales Leadership: Set strategic direction for the national sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute plans to increase revenue, improve sales cycles, and maximize client acquisition and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment and drive customer success.
- Customer Engagement: Build key relationships with high-value accounts and represent the brand in critical negotiations and presentations.
- Data-Driven Management: Track KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline health to optimize performance and report on sales effectiveness to executive leadership.
Who are you?
- Sales Executive: 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership capacity.
- Growth-Oriented: Proven success driving revenue growth and building scalable sales processes in a high-growth environment.
- Strong Communicator: Able to inspire teams and connect with executive stakeholders, customers, and partners.
- Analytical & Strategic: Proficient in using data and CRM tools to manage pipeline and team performance.
- Industry Experience: Background in distribution, manufacturing, or service-based industries strongly preferred.
