Job summary

BDO is seeking a Vice President (Manager), M&A and Capital Markets to lead and support complex transactions within the Advisory team in Canada. You will manage day-to-day execution, client relationships, and market analysis to deliver value-driven outcomes for clients.

The role requires 4-5 years in capital markets/corporate finance, a CPA/CFA/CBV designation, and willingness to travel. This is a replacement role, with compensation expectations in the 88k–134k CAD range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or related major with a CPA, CFA or CBV designation.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in capital markets/corporate finance.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, autonomous, rigorous and able to work under pressure.
• Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas.
• The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel, when necessary.
• Motivated to be market facing and driving relationships that lead to future work.

Experience and Education

Compensation

The expected range of compensation for this role is $88,000 - $134,000/ year.
