The Foundation’s VP, Digital & Direct Marketing, will play a critical role in the delivery of the Foundation’s campaign and its vision to create a world free from the fear of cancer.

Vice President Digital & Direct Marketing

TheVice President Digital & Direct Marketing (VP) will have a critical leadership role in delivering a best-in-class digital and performance marketing capability across the enterprise to enable measurable revenue growth and optimized supporter experience. Key accountabilities will include delivering a growth strategy that advances long-term revenue and supporter loyalty. The successful incumbent will also play a central role in advancing a long-term enterprise digital strategy, contributing to a unified digital ecosystem.

Critical to success is the VP’s ability to deliver a modern, data-driven, supporter-centric approach to fundraising—ensuring every interaction is optimized for impact, engagement, and long-term value. They will lead the use of analytics, performance marketing, and customer insight to drive supporter acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value, with the Lottery portfolio serving as a primary focus and strategic priority.

Ideal Experience
Strategic Digital Marketing Leadership

A minimum of 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience with a proven track record of owning and driving revenue outcomes through digital/performance marketing, with strong accountability for results.

CRM and Lifecycle Marketing Strategy

Deep expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and customer journey orchestration, ideally within complex, multi-channel consumer environments. Significant experience implementing foundational CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy, including improved segmentation, personalization, and communication cadence. Track record of success in advancing an organization’s CX maturity, with demonstrable improvements in supporter experience and engagement.

Experience in eCommerce or digital channel roles of consequence requiring an understanding of how to leverage new digital technology to improve customer experience.

Data and Analytics

Experience partnering with BI to align analytics, reporting and performance measurement frameworks. Translate data into clear, actionable insights to inform decision-making and continuous performance improvement.

Education and Professional Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in an applicable field is required or equivalent experience. MBA or other advanced degree an asset.
