Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of relevant experience with construction and infrastructure risk.
• DEC or higher education in a relevant field or equivalent years of work experience.
• AMF license in commercial insurance; bilingualism is required due to client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow a portfolio of contractor clients local, national and international.
• Serve as the main point of contact for construction-sector clients and assess risk needs.
• Collaborate to design strategies that increase Aon's presence in Québec's construction sector.
• Build relationships with industry associations, clients and prospects to generate opportunities.
• Work with the Montreal office and global network to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to identify new business angles.
• Represent Aon at industry events and drive prospecting efforts.
