Veterinary Tech Support (Vet Tech Support, French Speaking)

Join to apply for the Veterinary Tech Support (Vet Tech Support, French Speaking) role at Antech Diagnostics.

We are seeking a qualified veterinary technician with fluency in French to provide client and technical support for veterinarian clinic customers utilizing Telemedicine services. The role involves troubleshooting connectivity issues and ensuring smooth image transfer from client systems to AIS proprietary systems.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing professional client service and data transfer expertise.
  • Configuring software for new clients and troubleshooting connectivity problems across various imaging software.
  • Final testing to confirm solutions are operational before closing support calls.
  • Monitoring problem resolution, managing escalations, and collaborating with vendors.
  • Assisting clients in improving image quality and participating in enterprise initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of veterinary technician experience or equivalent.
  • Fluency in French and English; RVT/LVT preferred.
  • High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Computer service experience is helpful.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Additional Information:

This is a remote, full-time position open to candidates in the US or Canada, with compensation ranging from $28–$33 USD/hour in the US and $23–$28 CAD/hour in Canada.
