Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an SEO Strategist to own search for veterinary clients across multiple locations. You will shape the technical roadmap, prioritize content, and lead ranking discussions with clients and writers/AI.

You will manage audits, track performance in GA4/Search Console, and collaborate with an agency team to deliver multi-location SEO strategies for veterinary groups and clinics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes performed by the candidate.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for veterinary or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers/AI.
• Getting clients found in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO as needed.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console plus quarterly roadmaps.
