National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a Veterinary Customer Service Representative in Toronto to greet clients, answer phones, and coordinate appointments. You will act as the friendly face at the front desk and help the team deliver exceptional pet care.

Knowledge of Avimark and veterinary experience are preferred, with a focus on accurate communication and efficient, independent work. NVA Canada emphasizes an inclusive, supportive environment for staff and clients alike.

Qualifications
