Northlake Financial in Barrie, ON is seeking a motivated Verification Team Lead to guide and coach a fast-paced verification group responsible for income, employment, and document verification. You will ensure adherence to policies, quality, and timely decisions while supporting dealer relationships.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and support the Verification team to achieve daily productivity, quality, and service expectations.
• Oversee the verification of applicant income, employment, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with complex or escalated verification files and provide guidance on appropriate decisions.
• Review documentation and deal information to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or potential concerns.
• Ensure Verification Analysts consistently apply company lending policies, processes, and procedures.
• Monitor team performance, including volume, accuracy, turnaround times, and quality.
• Conduct regular quality checks and provide timely feedback and coaching to team members.
• Support training and onboarding of new Verification Analysts.
• Act as a point of escalation for Dealer partners and internal teams when verification issues require additional support.
• Work closely with Sales, Buy Program, and other departments to resolve issues and support deal closures.
