Job summary

Northlake Financial is seeking a detail‑oriented Verification Analyst in Barrie, ON. You will verify applicant income, review deal structures, analyze credit reports, and support dealer partners to ensure accurate funding.

This full‑time role requires strong communication, teamwork, and data analysis skills, with 1–2 years in financial services and a high school diploma. Hours are five 8‑hour shifts per week, Monday through Saturday; office only.

Responsibilities

• Verify applicant income by contacting employers via phone and email to confirm employment status and earnings.
• Review deal structures and submission details to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Analyze credit reports and validate supporting income documentation.
• Provide timely, professional support to dealer partners, responding to inquiries with a customer-first approach.
• Distribute banking links for applicable deals to support efficient funding.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to facilitate and finalize deal closures.
• Ensure strict adherence to company Policy, Process, and Procedure (the “3 P’s”).
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment, demonstrating accountability and reliability in daily work.
