Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE) seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor for BMO Field and Coca-Cola Coliseum in Toronto. You will supervise staff, manage standards, and ensure safe cleaning operations while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to maintain high guest experiences.

You will follow detailed SOPs, train staff, and monitor daily activities, ensuring compliance with WHMIS and MLSE service standards. Overnight shifts and holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Overnight shifts and stat holidays required.
• Degree in hospitality management is an asset.
• Experience in housekeeping management with cleaning equipment knowledge is an asset.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to supervise, lead, and balance multiple priorities/tasks.
• Clear verbal & written communication skills.
• Arena/multi-purpose facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Assistant Manager of Housekeeping for BMO Field & Coca-Cola Coliseum’s cleanliness and maintenance.
• Establish standardized training and documented systems across the department.
• Lead the department to improve guest experience and staff engagement.
• Develop and update job descriptions and SOPs for supervisors and staff.
• Supervise equipment usage, place orders, and liaise with vendors.
• Schedule, train, assign, and evaluate staff performance.
• Maintain housekeeping records and reports and ensure safety and standards.
