Job summary

Mazda Canada Inc. is seeking a collaborative Manager, Vendor Supply Chain and Accessories to lead supplier partnerships, accessory development, pricing support, and supplier performance programs for aftersales success. Hybrid work arrangement is available in Richmond Hill, ON.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in purchasing, inventory, and pricing. You will manage two direct reports and work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize programs

Qualifications

Post secondary education in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, vendor management, or aftersales operations, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendor partners.
Establish supplier performance targets, reviews, and communication processes.
Collaborate with global and local vendors to support inventory, pricing, and supply chain effectiveness.
Manage national supplier agreements and support dealer-direct programs including tires, batteries, wheels, oils, lubricants, chemicals, and other aftersales products.
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and implement supplier and program improvements.
