Job summary

Corpshore Solutions Corporation is seeking a procurement professional to lead the end-to-end purchasing cycle for Corpshore Canada, supporting procurement across the wider group with Canadian contracting parties. The role involves negotiation of supplier contracts and SLAs, competitive tendering, and maintaining master data and renewal tracking.

Qualifications

• At least four years in purchasing, procurement or vendor management with direct contract negotiation experience.
• Strong contract literacy and ability to challenge terms before signing.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with an ERP or procurement system.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end purchasing cycle from requisition through PO, receipt and payment.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, renewals and service levels.
• Run competitive bidding for material spend and document for audit readiness.
• Maintain supplier master and contract register with renewal dates.
• Monitor vendor performance and conduct reviews against signed terms.
• Support bids requiring supply chain disclosure and manage equipment procurement for remote staff.
• Track spend vs budget and report variances with explanations; ensure compliance with laws.
