Job summary

TD Bank Group in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a procurement and sourcing professional to manage Third Party Business Arrangements through all stages of the TPML framework. You will initiate intake via a Sourcing Request and oversee onboarding of Third Parties post-contract execution with governance structures in place.

Monitor Third Party performance against SLAs, SLOs and KPIs, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to support business needs and mitigate costs and risk in line with TD

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 5+ years related experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Vendor Management, Third-Party Management Lifecycle policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of risk management standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the management of Third Party Business Arrangements through all TPML stages.
• Initiate intake via a Sourcing Request and follow the TPRA process.
• Set up and onboard Third Parties post contract execution with governance structures and interaction models.
• Monitor a Third Party's performance through SLAs, SLOs, KPIs or other contractual commitments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business needs and risk management.
