Ryder is seeking a Vehicles Sales Manager CN to drive marketing, sales, and customer satisfaction initiatives to boost used vehicle retail productivity. The role focuses on building a strong retail network, maximizing proceeds, and promoting Ryder Financing and Extended Warranty to minimize repossessions.

Collaboration with Operations ensures Road Ready vehicle condition. The position is full-time in Dartmouth with a base salary plus commission, Monday–Friday.

Summary

The Vehicles Sales Manager CN implements: marketing, sales and customer satisfaction initiative to increase retails sales productivity. Through development of a strong retail network, the Vehicle Sales Manager (VSM) will maximize proceeds and gains on used vehicles. In addition, the VSM will actively promote Ryder Financing and Extended Warranty initiatives, minimizing repossessions while lowering the total time of sale. The VSM works closely with Business Unit Operations management to ensure that vehicles are accepted for sales in Road Ready (8.1) condition.

$50,000 - $55,000 as a basic salary + commission

Essential Functions

• Meet monthly Used Vehicle Sales quota

• Discharge other responsibilities and projects as assigned from time to time by Used Vehicle Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• College degree/Technical Certification required College Certificate in business Administration or equivalent
• Two (2) years or more Previous sales experience required
