Job summary

Clutch, Canada's largest online used car retailer, is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Specialist in British Columbia. You will be the face of the company as customers pick up or sell their vehicle, delivering a seamless, high-quality experience online and in person.

You will resolve issues with strong customer service skills, inspect vehicles for quality, and complete paperwork accurately while maintaining detailed notes in our tracking system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in retail industry and asset experience.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Class 5 BC driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers online and in person.
• Address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction at all touchpoints.
• Inspect vehicles to identify potential issues and uphold high quality of service.
• Accurately complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Support team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
