Job summary

Cam Tran is seeking a Value Stream Supervisor to oversee the production process at the Spruce Grove, AB facility. You will provide leadership to the team, coach leaders, and drive improvements using KPIs and Lean principles.

Responsibilities include coaching weekly huddles, monitoring KPI data, and coordinating scheduling, training, and safety compliance to ensure smooth, efficient production flows. A strong manufacturing background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management, scheduling, and logistics planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production process and value stream management to meet KPIs.
• Lead and coach Team Leader and conduct weekly huddles.
• Monitor KPIs, identify improvement actions, and track progress with JIVE.
• Coordinate scheduling, overtime, and cross-training compliant with policies.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new employees and safety compliance.
