Job summary

Cam Tran is seeking a Quality Supervisor in Spruce Grove, Alberta. You will oversee QA Technicians, ensure compliance with Cam Tran and CSA standards, mentor staff, and support continuous improvement throughout production.

You will create procedures, assist in training, and participate in internal audits. The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and ensuring zero-defect manufacturing targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or technologist level in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in electrical transformers manufacturing preferred.
• Leadership of on-the-floor teams and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to QA Technicians.
• Conduct audits and drive corrective actions to meet ISO/CSA standards.
• Prepare and update SOPs, FMEA, and control plans.
• Lead investigations into NCRs and warranty trends; report KPI dashboards.
