Job summary

Eminent Valet Inc. in Vancouver seeks a courteous Valet Attendant to deliver a safe, efficient, and premium experience for hotel guests. You will greet guests, confirm vehicle details, perform pre-acceptance inspections, and park and return vehicles.

The role requires strong customer service, clean driving record, valid driver's license, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Shifts are Mon–Wed 7am–3pm; compensation is $19/hour plus tips, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be 23 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
• Must reside in Canada.
• Able to drive both automatic and manual transmission.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Availability: Monday to Wednesday 7am-3pm.

Responsibilities

Valet Attendants report directly to the Ramp Captain, the on-site shift supervisor.

• Safely park, retrieve, and return vehicles in accordance with procedures
• Maintain secure key control and follow all ticketing protocols
• Follow Ramp Captain direction regarding ramp flow, vehicle priority, and coverage
• Report incidents, damage, or safety concerns immediately
• Support smooth ramp operations during peak periods and events
• Maintain a professional demeanor and service-focused attitude at all times.
• Strong customer service and communication skills in a luxury or high-volume environment
