Job summary

Eminent Valet is seeking dedicated Valet Drivers to deliver a safe, efficient, and premium valet experience for hotel guests in Canada. You will report to the Ramp Captain and are expected to maintain professional conduct and impeccable customer service.

The role requires strong communication, a clean driving record, and the ability to work Monday to Wednesday 7am-3pm. Training and growth opportunities are provided within a professional, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Calm, professional demeanor under pressure.

• Availability: Monday to Wednesday 7am-3pm.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Confirm vehicle details and valet needs clearly and calmly.
• Perform pre-acceptance vehicle inspections and report any visible damage.
• Safely park, retrieve, and return vehicles in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain secure key control and follow all ticketing protocols.
• Follow Ramp Captain direction regarding ramp flow, vehicle priority, and coverage.
• Report incidents, damage, or safety concerns immediately.
• Support smooth ramp operations during peak periods and events.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and service-focused attitude at all times.
