Job summary

Eminent Valet Inc. is actively seeking dedicated Valet Drivers to join our premier Canada-wide valet service team in London, Ontario.

You will deliver a safe, efficient valet experience for hotel guests, reporting to the Ramp Captain and contributing to a high-quality guest experience. The role requires strong customer service skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to work Monday to Wednesday from 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must reside in Canada.
• Age 23 or older for insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Confirm vehicle details and valet needs clearly and calmly.
• Perform pre-acceptance vehicle inspections and report any visible damage.
• Safely park, retrieve, and return vehicles in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain secure key control and follow all ticketing protocols.
• Follow Ramp Captain direction regarding ramp flow and coverage.
• Report incidents, damage, or safety concerns immediately.
• Support smooth ramp operations during peak periods and events.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and service-focused attitude at all times.

Role Summary

The Valet Attendant is responsible for delivering a safe, efficient, and professional valet experience for hotel guests. This guest-facing role requires strong customer service skills, safe driving practices, attention to detail, and clear communication. Valet Attendants report directly to the Ramp Captain, the on-site shift supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
