Job summary

Genesis Maple, part of the Zanchin Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Valet. The role involves greeting customers, washing exteriors, cleaning interiors, and coordinating shuttle or rental options as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in customer vehicles in the drive-through area.
• Wash the exterior of vehicles and apply appropriate aesthetic treatments.
• Clean the interior of vehicles (vacuuming, dusting).
• Arrange alternative transport for customers if necessary (rental or shuttle).
• Move customer vehicles to/from the service centre.
• Keep the parking lot clean and debris-free.

About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible to:

• greet and check-in customer vehicles in the drive-through area
• wash the exterior of vehicles, applying appropriate aesthetic treatments
• clean the interior of vehicles, including vacuuming and dusting.
• offer and arrange alternative transport for customers (rental vehicle or shuttle), if necessary
• move customer vehicles to/from the service centre
• ensure parking lot is clean and debris-free

About you…

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in servicing, including:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in parking and washing vehicles
• Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
• ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• strong attention to detail and organized
• ability to maintain professionalism
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
