Job summary

Zanchin Automotive Group is seeking a driven Sales Consultant at Genesis Maple to sell vehicles and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work with customers from greeting to delivery, presenting vehicle features and facilitating test drives.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales (auto preferred), strong communication, and knowledge of CDK/Reynolds ERP and DealerTrack/OneEighty CRMs. Commission-based earnings are highlighted in the compensation plan.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years proven sales experience, automotive preferred.
• Experience in customer conversations and closing deals.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (CDK/Reynolds) and CRMs (OneEighty, DealerTrack).
• OMVIC license in good standing and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sell vehicles to meet volume and gross profit targets.
• Act as liaison between dealership and customer during purchase.
• Present vehicle specs, features and pricing; conduct road tests.

The expected salary for this role is from $100,000.00 to $120,000.00per year.*

About the opportunity...

As an integral part of the "we can do that" operation, this position is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to selling vehicles and providing customer excellence. Specifically:

• sell vehicles in an attempt to achieve volume and gross profit targets
• act as the liaison between the dealership and the customer during the process ofpurchasing a vehicle
• create and perform compelling sales pitches
• actively listen to customers to understand their vehicle needs and wants
• present and describe vehicle specifications, features, benefits; pricing
• perform vehicle road test-drives with customers to demonstrate the vehicles

About you...

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in sales, including:

• 1 to 3 years proven experience as successful sales professional; automotive and/or dealership experience preferred
• experience in customer service, and the ability to have meaningful conversations
• proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK/Reynolds)
• proficiency working with Customer Relationship Management Systems (ie. OneEighty, DealerTrack)
• OMVIC license in good standing
• Drivers License and clean Drivers Abstract
• ability to perform basic math calculations
• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• strong ability to communicate confidently and professionally (verbally and written)
• strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
• ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
