Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort is seeking friendly, customer-focused hospitality staff for seasonal part-time roles at Ontario's premier mountain resort. This is a guest-facing position with valet parking, luggage handling, and essential guest services responsibilities.

As part of our team, you will help guests check in/out, coordinate transportation, and deliver amenities while maintaining a high standard of service. Enjoy the resort perks, flexible shifts, and a vibrant summer team culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario driver's license.
• Ability to operate all types of passenger vehicles (standard and automatic).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adapts to change with ease and can handle many tasks simultaneously and work independently.
• Results oriented, positive, service driven with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests with luggage at check-in/check-out and storage.
• Driving guest vehicles from motor court to designated parking area of garage for valet parking and return guest vehicle to motor court for guest pick-up when needed.
• Providing guests with luggage service and storage at check-in/check-out.
• Coordinating transportation for guests.
• Reporting to the Manager on duty any situation involving a guest's dissatisfaction with Room Service or any other outlet or situation in the hotel.
• Properly deliver amenities and housekeeping items to guests if needed.

HOURLY RATE - $18.31

Part-time Hours

• Part-Time - 2-3 shifts per week
• 7-hour shifts between 6:45am to 11:00pm
• Weekends and Holidays required

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
