Job summary

Blue Mountain Resorts Limited Partnership is seeking a seasonal shuttle driver to support guests and staff at the resort. This part-time role requires assisting guests, transporting them around the property, and responding to dispatch radio calls with a friendly, proactive attitude.

The position offers part-time shifts, early mornings, weekends and holidays, with a starting hourly rate of $19.52. Join a dynamic hospitality team at Ontario's premier mountain resort.

Qualifications

• B or F-Class license with clean driving abstract.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with safe driving skills.
• Strong communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Team oriented with energetic, friendly demeanor.
• Able to sit and/or drive for long periods.
• Available for early mornings, weekends, holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests and staff around the resort and/or drive shuttle route.
• Provide friendly, engaging service and answer questions about the resort.
• Assist guests in and out of shuttle vehicles and with luggage.
• Respond to radio calls from dispatch.
• Deliver guest service items (e.g., corkscrew, cot, towels).
• Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety policies.

Seasonal – November 2026 to April 2026

Part-Time Hours Available:

• Part-time – 2-3 shifts per week
• Weekend work required

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Transporting guests and staff around the resort and/or driving shuttle route
• Providing friendly and engaging service and answering questions about the resort
• Assisting guests in and out of shuttle vehicles and aiding with luggage.
• Answering radio calls from dispatch
• Delivering guest service requests i.e. deliver a corkscrew, cot, extra towels etc.
• Adhering to and contributing to Workplace Health and Safety

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
