Join to apply for the Valet Attendant role at River Cree Resort & Casino

The main purpose of the job is to control guest traffic flow into the front entrance of the casino, greeting and directing all guests to the appropriate outlet or area.

Reporting to the Lead Valet Supervisor, the Valet Attendant is responsible for welcoming guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner while providing a positive first impression.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor.
  2. Effective verbal and written communication with all employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
  3. Showing initiative, including anticipating guest or operational needs.
  4. Directing guests to appropriate outlets or departments.
  5. Reporting concerns/issues immediately to Security.
  6. Ensuring safety for yourself, co-workers, and following all Health and Safety requirements.
  7. Performing all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. At least 3 years of driving experience.
  2. Valid driver’s license and ability to submit a driver’s abstract.
  3. Ability to drive standard or automatic transmission.
  4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  5. Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours/day.
  6. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

The schedule may vary, requiring shift work, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
