Overview

The main purpose of the job is to control guest traffic flow into the front entrance of the casino, greeting and directing all guests to the appropriate outlet or area. Reporting to the Lead Valet Supervisor, the Valet Attendant is responsible for welcoming guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner while providing a positive first impression.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
2. Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
3. Show initiative, including anticipating guest or operational needs.
4. Direct all guests to the appropriate outlets or departments.
5. Report any concerns or issues immediately to Security.
6. Prioritize safety for yourself and coworkers, following all health and safety requirements.
7. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. At least 3 years of driving experience.
2. Valid driver’s license and ability to submit a driver’s abstract.
3. Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmissions.
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
5. Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours per day.
6. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

The position requires flexibility to work shifts, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
