Accessible and courteous, do you want to be part of a team that's moving in the right direction? We're looking for an approachable and courteous Valet/Bellman to warmly welcome our guests on arrival and sincerely thank them upon departure. This honest and prompt person thrives on being of service. It's natural for him/her to have a caring and professional attitude when parking and returning cars, or performing other tasks as requested.

Responsibilities

• Manage entry and exit traffic in front of the hotel, as well as greeting and informing guests with a smile, giving them parking procedures and other relevant information: directions to sightseeing areas, access to main roads, etc.
• Bring and collect luggage on request.
• Describe the features of guests' rooms.
• Deliver mail and parcels.
• Keep the lobby clean and tidy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Natural customer service orientation; experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a manual transmission
• Good physical condition: able to stand and walk for long periods
