Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience.
• Experience supporting digital programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative and quantitative user research across the project lifecycle.
• Plan and conduct user research engagements to understand user needs.
• Translate research into practical UX recommendations.
• Create wireframes and low- to mid-fidelity UX/UI mockups.
• Collaborate with delivery and Change Management to meet UX goals.
