Job summary

Kabam is seeking a UI/UX Designer contractor to shape user interfaces and experiences for our projects. You will collaborate with design, art, and tech leads to gather requirements, deliver wireframes and assets, and present solutions at milestone reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as UI/UX Designer in a professional capacity.
• Proficiency with industry tools: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD and Photoshop.
• Ability to turn complex information into user-friendly UI designs.
• Experience with Inclusive Design and advocating accessible solutions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

The Contractor shall provide the following services on an independent, deliverables basis, exercising their own professional judgment, expertise, and methods in performing the Services.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Define UI/UX scope and impact for assigned project briefs.
• Gather requirements for scoped features alongside design, art, and tech leads.
• Deliver user flows, wireframes, UI assets, and specs for assigned features.
• Produce interaction and visual design assets for target deliverables.
• Present design solutions and rationale at scheduled milestone reviews.
• Execute overflow UI/UX tasks to support internal production deadlines.
• Audit assigned game flows and propose targeted UX fixes.
• Hand off completed design assets and documentation to internal teams.

To be successful in this role, your background includes:

• 3+ years of experience as a UI and/or UX Designer in a professional capacity.
• A high level of expertise in using design tools commonly used in the industry, including Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop and others.
• Ability to take complex information and turn it into user-friendly UI design solutions.
• Experience with Inclusive Design and advocacy.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
