Job summary

TechDoQuest is seeking a Senior UX Designer to drive user-centered design on a complex digital platform in Toronto. You will partner with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to shape intuitive, mobile-first experiences across devices.

You’ll lead user research, usability testing, and design iterations within Agile/Scrum teams, translating insights into practical artifacts and compelling visual solutions. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX design experience on complex projects/products.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, UX best practices, mobile-first and responsive design.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in user-centred design, responsive/mobile-first design, user research, and Agile delivery.

Nice to Have

• Accessibility compliance/testing experience.

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design.
• Certification or education in Usability, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or Technical Writing.
