Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer.
• Experience acquiring user data through usability studies and user research.
• Experience leading design projects from concept through execution, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and CX specifications.
• Proficiency with current accessibility standards.
• Online portfolio demonstrating design craft and shipped work.
• Proficiency in Figma for high-fidelity design and interactive prototyping; familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping or coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end design solutions for difficult hiring workflows from research to prototypes.
• Partner with engineering and product management to deliver successful products using a customer-focused, iterative design process.
• Design for AI-assisted hiring surfaces ensuring trust, clarity, and human-centered interactions.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions at feature and product levels.
• Communicate design strategy and outcomes to partners and stakeholders in reviews.
• Improve patterns, standards, and assets, fostering reuse and consistency.
