Job summary

Spiria is seeking a UX Designer with interface design experience to craft user-centered software solutions across client projects in Canada. You will advise clients, own design on assignments, and tailor solutions based on user needs while collaborating with development teams.

Bring 3+ years of UX experience, experience with Figma, and the ability to work across mobile and responsive interfaces. Bilingual French/English and comfort with AI-enabled design tools are highly valued.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience as a UX designer.
Experience in professional services and in designing solutions for consumers and businesses (B2C and B2B).
Bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

Act as an advisor to clients, recommending the best design solutions.
Take ownership of design on projects.
Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Help develop and improve design processes in an agentic AI context.
Create application prototypes and user-friendly experiences.
Provide design support to development teams throughout project delivery.
Take part in user testing, optimization and maintenance, and make recommendations.
