Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces using modern design tools and methodologies. As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing and developing high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes for complex web applications
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable design solutions
• Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Developing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and component libraries
• Ensuring seamless integration of UI/UX designs with front-end development

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in designing and developing complex web applications using modern design tools (Figma, ...)
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, user experience, and user interface design
• Experience with design systems, style guides, and component libraries
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts and technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with React or other popular frontend frameworks
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies for UI/UX design
• Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous improvement
