Job summary

Caseware is seeking an Intermediate UX Designer to shape AI-assisted design within cloud-based audit and financial reporting products. You will work with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver user-centered experiences that scale across 130+ countries.

This full-time, hybrid role requires 3 days per week in our Toronto office at 351 King St E, Suite 1100. You’ll use Figma Make, Claude Code, and Replit to drive ideation, prototyping, and testing while advancing accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Around 2–3 years of professional UX experience with a problem-solving portfolio.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools like Figma Make, Claude Code, or Replit in your design workflow.
• Ability to contribute to evolving team practices around AI tooling and prompting conventions.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools including Figma and related platforms.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.

Responsibilities

• Design exceptional user experiences for Caseware's cloud products (audit, financial reporting, data analytics).
• Incorporate AI tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping while ensuring accessibility and usability.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ground design decisions in real user needs.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate AI-assisted designs into implementation.
• Evolve design systems and contribute to AI tooling practices within the team.
