Location: Midland, Ontario
Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Shift: Rotating shifts, including overtime and weekends

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Plant Utility team member to join our flour milling operation in Midland, Ontario. This is an entry‑level opportunity within a large‑scale manufacturing facility, offering hands‑on experience and a clear path for growth into operational roles.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform general sanitation and cleaning duties across the facility
  • Handle materials and assist with production processes
  • Support light maintenance and basic troubleshooting activities
  • Follow and uphold GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
  • Work safely in a variety of environments (heights, confined spaces, hot/cold/wet conditions)
  • Operate in physically demanding conditions, including lifting up to 55 lbs (22 kg)
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient production environment
  • Complete all other duties as required to support operations

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous manufacturing or labor experience is considered an asset

  • Must successfully complete pre‑employment medical and reference checks.
  • Commitment to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Relocation assistance is not available.
