Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Canada Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Toronto to lead multidisciplinary teams from initiation to close-out on transmission, substation and distribution projects for major utility clients.

You will manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and safety, coordinating internal teams and external partners while reporting progress to clients and leadership. A strong engineering foundation and PMP or equivalent experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of PM experience in engineering, utilities, construction or infrastructure.
• Post-secondary education in engineering, project management, construction management or related discipline.
• Electrical engineering degree is a plus; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams from initiation to close-out.
• Deliver projects within utilities sector across varying size and complexity.
• Drive scope, schedule, cost, risk and change management with quality and safety as priorities.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and partners to meet delivery objectives.
• Lead cost and schedule development, progress tracking and client reporting.
• Support contract administration, proposals, estimates and procurement activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders as primary contact where needed.
