Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, helping estimate and develop execution strategies for large powerline projects.

You will coordinate resources, assist in schedule development, and work with the project team, subcontractors, and others to meet timelines and budgets. The role is office-based to start and will be on site when projects are confirmed, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training within Ledcor's Utilities

Qualifications

• Completion of a Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• Open to travel for project work across Western Canada including shift, camp and outdoor work.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Able to read and understand construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating new and upcoming projects.
• Coordinate resources to meet objectives with the Project Manager.
• Help develop project plan and schedule; assist in procurement.
• Maintain project documentation, logs, and correspondence.
• Support subcontract management and supplier selection.
• Track milestones and financial deadlines; update project schedule.
