Base pay range

CA$50.00/hr - CA$60.00/hr

Our team is looking for a UX Researcher to join their team for 6-12 months. This will be full-time hours per week, and onsite 1-2x per week downtown.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, design, and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of banking applications and services.
2. Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user pain points, behaviors, and preferences.
3. Create detailed research reports, including insights, findings, and actionable recommendations to inform design and development decisions.
4. Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate user feedback into the design process.
5. Conduct user interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather additional insights on user needs and expectations.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX research and banking.

Qualifications

• Experience working with a financial, banking, or fintech client.
