Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Used Car Sales Specialist at our location in Markham, ON. The Used Car Sales Specialist will be responsible for consulting with customers to understand their vehicle needs, guiding customers through the sales process, providing exceptional customer service, and working towards achieving sales goals. The role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our used car inventory and helping drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Ability to build and maintain Customer Retention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
