Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Markham, ON for a Used Car Sales Specialist. The role entails consulting with customers to understand their vehicle needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The specialist will also be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, including test drives, price negotiations, and completing the paperwork to finalize vehicle sales.

Qualifications

• Skills in Automotive Sales and Sales Consulting
• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Previous sales experience in the automotive industry preferred
